weigh scale (solution of weight is not stable)

Weight is not stable it mean when we power on the machine then weight on display automatically increase or decrease 

In this case we have check some components. Frist we check load cell any physical damage, banding

Then check moisture, load cell cable, if any joined in load cell cable check it properly fix it. If it is properly. Then check load cell impedance according to load cell type and model then check load cell mv. Then check Output Mv. Output mv. should be 0 mv to 3 mv at no load on platter of weigh scale.

Then we have to check AD section in AD section check Input (EXT.) voltage is not fluctuation, any shorting of filter capacitor,check 5v at AD ic,all component are working properly change AD ic then recalibrate the weigh scale.
